Cette nature morte de 1917 repr\u00e9sente des fleurs jaunes dans un vase noir. Le vase est plac\u00e9 au centre et l\u2019on peut voir qu\u2019il repose sur une table recouverte d\u2019une nappe gris-bleu. Le fond est blanc et repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re uniforme. Les fleurs jaunes sont en pleine floraison et le vert vif des feuilles semble \u00e9galement extr\u00eamement vivant. Il est frappant de constater que l\u2019artiste a exclu le centre de l\u2019image de la splendeur des fleurs\u00a0: les fleurs sont dispos\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un espace vide et \u00e0 laisser transpara\u00eetre le fond. Ainsi, d\u2019une part, le premier plan et l\u2019arri\u00e8re-plan semblent \u00eatre encore plus \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s, d\u2019autre part, cela renforce l\u2019impression de sym\u00e9trie\u00a0: les fleurs semblent presque se rejoindre pour former un cercle. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
