Alors que la couleur \u00e9clatante des fleurs attire fortement l\u2019attention, un examen plus attentif r\u00e9v\u00e8le la surface sur laquelle repose le vase. Celle-ci semble reposer sur une sorte de colonne. Seule la partie sup\u00e9rieure est visible, \u00e0 savoir le chapiteau de la colonne orn\u00e9 d\u2019un kymation ionique.
